Eric
Kahn
Mr. Kahn is a Managing Director of Revitalize Capital, a Cincinnati based private equity firm focused on acquiring controlling interest in established businesses which benefit from the firm’s operating experience and financial acumen. Mr. Kahn began his career in international sales and marketing with Dorian International. He then spent over 15 years as an investment banker covering consumer, diversified and technology industries as well as private equity with ABN Amro, Banc of America Securities (Montgomery Securities), Dillon Read, FBR Capital Markets, and Societe General. During this period, he worked on more than 40 public financings, strategic advisory assignments and private placements with an aggregate transaction value of over $15 billion. Since then, he has acquired 19 companies as part of the Revitalize Capital portfolio. Mr. Kahn has a BA from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a pilot, gourmet chef, wine collector and golf lover. He currently resides with his wife and daughters in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Patrick
McMullen
Mr. McMullen is the Chief Financial Officer of Revitalize Capital, LLC. Mr. McMullen has over 30 years of experience building and leading Finance, IT and Executive teams in growth-oriented industries. For the past 20 years Patrick has worked for businesses in the private-equity space. During that time he has been involved in the acquisition of 24 companies, and has completed four sales of his employer including two sales to Public Companies. He has a very strong track record of growing revenue and earnings in each of the companies in which he has served as an Executive.
Patrick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. He has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio since May 1992. Mr. McMullen is a life-long resident of Cincinnati, Oho. He is an avid sports fan that enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown sons.

Chris J.
Blood
Mr. Blood is an experienced executive with deep strategic, analytical, and financial management skills. He has worked in both public and private company settings and has a track record of success in rapid change business environments. He portrays sound business judgment, develops key relationships and builds A-player talent. Mr. Blood spent eight years with Visa, Inc. where he was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Visa. In this role, he successfully guided planning efforts through Visa’s IPO, developed global budgeting and forecasting processes, and managed the company’s $300 million capital investment plan. His work experience also includes management roles at Blue Shield of California, IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Blood received a BA from Providence College and an MBA from The Wharton School with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Finance. He enjoys playing golf and the acoustic guitar. He currently resides in Newport Beach, CA with his wife and children.

Jacobson
Mr. Jacobson is an experienced leader and innovation executive with demonstrated success facilitating collaborations for launching new businesses and products, solving complex problems and executing upon strategic growth and partner opportunities. Mr. Jacobson has 30 years of experience in financial services, digital media and mobile software and services. Mr. Jacobson is currently a Venture Partner and Senior Consultant at Acta Wireless. He leads Acta’s mobile commerce practice area helping clients develop products, partnerships and strategies for mobile payments, marketing and services. He is also a Partner in LaunchBox Digital where he leads all investment and portfolio management activities. At LaunchBox, Mr. Jacobson invested in and helped start 24 digital media and mobile businesses. Previously, Mr. Jacobson served as Vice President at AOL where he led major strategic corporate initiatives and helped define and grow AOL’s wireless and digital service businesses. Early in his career, he served as a mergers and acquisition advisor with a number of investment banking firms including ABN AMRO, WR Hambrecht, Peter J. Solomon Co., and Toronto Dominion Securities. Mr. Jacobson received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School. He enjoys golf and hockey. He currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and children.

Kuhlman
Mr. Kuhlman is a proven marketing executive with over 30 years of experience in the printing and graphic design industries. He is currently the President of Graphic Village, a Revitalize Capital portfolio company that provides integrated print and marketing solutions to small- to mid-size companies. Formerly called Bramkamp Printing, the company achieved significant sales and profitability growth over the past several years both organically and through strategic partnerships. Prior to joining/acquiring Bramkamp, Mr. Kuhlman was an Account Representative for 15 years with The Nielsen Company. During this time, he sold a wide range of graphic services including a mix of digital, quick print, commercial sheet fed, web printing and mailing/ fulfillment services. He was an active leader on various process improvement teams including estimating, customer service, and delivery. He also played an active role in the start-up of the Nielsen Logistic Division, a mailing and fulfillment division of Nielsen. Mr. Kuhlman received numerous awards during his tenure at Nielson including the 1988 National Quick Printers Sales Person of the Year, the 1990 Professional Sales Association Person of the Year, and the GASF 5 Year Record Sales Achievement Award. Mr. Kuhlman received a BA from Xavier University. He enjoys golf, exercise and travel. He currently resides in Cincinnati with his wife and children.

O’Bryan
Mr. O’Bryan has more than 20 years of Sales and Operations experience in the Folding Carton and Packaging Industries. He is currently COO of Graphic Village, a Revitalize Capital portfolio company that manufactures paperboard packaging with capabilities in design, offset printing, die cutting, folding and gluing boxes. Mr. O’Bryan is currently a Board member of TCATA, and is involved in numerous local charities. Mr. O’Bryan attended Northern Kentucky University. He enjoys long distance running and golf. He currently resides in Northern Kentucky outside of Cincinnati with his wife and three sons.

She received a BS in Human Resources and Business Management from Wright State University. She enjoys baking, gardening and spending time with her family.
