Acquisition adds extensive variable printing capabilities to the Graphic Village portfolio

Graphic Village announced today that it has acquired DMS ink (formerly Dayton Mailing Services), a regional-leader in cutting-edge, data management and personalized digital-mailing along with marketing automation and marketing distribution services. The firm will continue to operate in its Yellow Springs facility under the Graphic Village name.
DMS ink brings sophisticated, personalized communications capabilities that allow print pieces to be customized to individual recipients, providing a valuable tool for critical communications and targeted marketing messages. The company’s strategic and versatile enabled platforms are also certified with regulations allowing them to securely serve the healthcare (HIPAA) and financial services industries. The firm’s capabilities are additionally sought by other business sectors, which include: retail, political, energy, automotive, non-profits, education and many others requiring full project management of material acquisitions, complex data programming, just-in-time digital printing, marketing automation and fulfillment services.
“We’re excited to add DMS ink to Graphic Village,” said Eric Kahn, Executive Chairman of Graphic Village. “Strategically, this amplifies our capabilities and expands our geographic reach to solidify our position as the region’s leader in brand strategy, design, print, packaging, apparel, direct mail and fulfillment services.” Kahn’s thoughts are echoed by Graphic Village CEO Mike Nold. “We look forward to offering the new opportunities DMS ink imparts to our already full suite of robust client services.”
The DMS ink brand will be phased out, and the company’s leadership and employees will become Graphic Village employees operating at its current Yellow Springs location. Former DMS ink owner, Christine Soward, will stay on as Vice-President of Business Development for mailing services.
“What we do is such a complement to Graphic Village, it’s truly a natural fit,” said Soward. “I’m happy to be able to continue serving our customers and offering them additional services as part of Graphic Village.”
With ever-expanding clients in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati and now the Dayton region, this acquisition continues the growth of Graphic Village, recognized as the 16th fastest growing Cincinnati-region company in the 2019 Cincinnati Business Courier “Fast 55.” It also represents the 14th acquisition of Revitalize Capital, Graphic Village’s parent company.
